Cherry Berry Pie
Easy-to-make and delicious.
Ingredients:
- 15oz or a Package of Refrigerated Pie Crust
- 1/2 Cup of White Sugar
- 2 Tbsp of Cornstarch
- 1/4 Tsp of Ground Cinnamon
- 1 (21oz) Can Cherry Pie filling
- 1 1/2 Cup of Blueberries
- 1 Egg White
- 1 Tsp of Water
- 2 Tsp of White Sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven to 425 Degrees
- Press one pie crust into a 9" pie plate.
- In a large bowl, stir together 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon.
- Stir in the cherry pie filling and blueberries, spoon into pie crust; once filled Top with the second crust and press to seal.
- Flute edges to seal or use the tines of a fork to seal edges.
- In a small bowl mix egg white with water stir with a fork or small whisk. When ready brush over the top of the pie and then sprinkle with the 2 teaspoons of sugar.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cool at least 2 hours before serving.
