Chocolate-Pecan Pie
A twist on the classic pecan pie.
Ingredients:
- 15 oz Refrigerated Pie Crust
- 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 Cup Pecans, coarsely chopped
- 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Morsels
- 1/2 Cup Butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. Hazelnut Liqueur (optional)
Instructions:
- Fit pie crust into a 9" pie plate according to package directions; fold edges under and crimp.
- Stir together eggs, next 7 ingredients, and, if desired, liqueur in a large bowl until blended. Pour into prepared pie crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees on bottom oven rack for 40 minutes or until set. Cool completely on wire rack.
