Chocolate-Pecan Pie

A twist on the classic pecan pie.

Ingredients:

  1. 15 oz Refrigerated Pie Crust
  2. 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
  3. 1 Cup Pecans, coarsely chopped
  4. 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
  5. 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
  6. 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  7. 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
  8. 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Morsels
  9. 1/2 Cup Butter, melted
  10. 1 Tbsp. Hazelnut Liqueur (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Fit pie crust into a 9" pie plate according to package directions; fold edges under and crimp.
  2. Stir together eggs, next 7 ingredients, and, if desired, liqueur in a large bowl until blended. Pour into prepared pie crust.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees on bottom oven rack for 40 minutes or until set. Cool completely on wire rack.
