Our champagne punch
Ingredients:
- 2 - 2 liter Bottles of chilled ginger ale
- 1 - 46 oz can of chilled pineapple juice
- 1 - 64 oz bottle of chilled white grape juice
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients and serve over ice.
- If you prefer, an ice ring may be made by taking one bottle of the ginger ale, and pouring 1/2 of the bottle into a ring-shaped cake pan, partially freezing, and then adding fruit slices.
- Take the remaining 1/2 bottle of ginger ale and add to the cake pan and freeze the ice ring until solid. Take the frozen ice ring and place in a large punch bowl.
- Combine the remaining 1 bottle of ginger ale, with the pineapple and white grape juice and pour over the ice ring.
- For easy removal of the ice ring, slightly submerge the cake pan in warm water for a few seconds.
